Ambassador and Mrs. Lader’s daughters, Whitaker and Mary-Catherine Lader, co-host Renaissance Weekends.

Whitaker, a film & TV producer, leads actor Nicholas Hoult's production company. Previously, she worked with Ron Howard's and Brian Grazer's Imagine Entertainment, Casey Affleck's production company, and Sundance Institute. She most recently produced "The World to Come" (starring Vanessa Kirby and Katherine Waterson) and "Light of My Life" (Casey Affleck and Elisabeth Moss).

She received an M.B.A. degree from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Urban Studies from Brown University, where she was Executive Director of the Ivy Film Festival.
